Located in the great pacific northwest city of Bremerton , Foreman , an electrician by trade , saw firsthand how difficult it is to purchase a desktop computer and obtain internet access even with todays rebates that are offered and free access services that are offered.High speed cable and DSL access is not affordable for many people still and there was a wide disparity between the "have and have nots"he once said.There had a be a way to make a business out of taking old desktops , re-conditioning them with upgrades , and re-selling them at discounted prices...and so began the idea........IT HAS TAKEN OFF FROM THERE!
